When you are in a puzzle room with at least six minions, order a circle formation next to the exit door (the exit door must be open). Then freeze the minions with the freeze ray and blow them through the door with the air gun. Now press C on the Wii Nunchuck and scroll until you find the circle formation. They 'should' be under the door.
